At Cavisie.pl, we make every effort to ensure your order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Because we care about delivery speed and reducing our carbon footprint, all our US orders are printed, fulfilled, and shipped locally from our partner production facilities located in Dallas, Texas.

Please review the details of our shipping process, timelines, and policies below.

1. Understanding Our Process: Production + Shipping

Because Cavisie.pl operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, we do not keep a warehouse of pre-printed items. Every order is unique and custom-manufactured specifically for you immediately after your order is placed.

Your total time to delivery consists of two separate parts:

Total Time to Delivery = Production Time (Fulfillment) + Shipping Time

Production Time (Fulfillment): This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and pack your custom item. It typically takes 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our facility in Dallas to your US shipping address.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all US orders via reliable domestic carriers, primarily USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Please Note: All delivery dates provided at checkout or via email are estimates only and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier volume, or peak holiday backlogs (November–December).

3. Order Tracking

Once your custom order has been printed, packed, and handed over to the carrier in Dallas, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

4. Shipping Address Changes

Because our system automatically routes your custom order directly to the production queue at the Dallas facility, we can only modify or correct a shipping address within 2 hours of order placement.

Please double-check your shipping details (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers) at checkout. Cavisie.pl is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Stolen Packages Disclaimer (Packages Marked as "Delivered")

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it on your property:

Check around your porch, garage, back door, or apartment parcel lockers (carriers frequently hide packages to prevent theft).
Check with neighbors, family members, or your building's leasing office.
Wait an extra 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely.

Policy Note: Cavisie.pl is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property, porch, or mailbox after they have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (USPS/FedEx). If you suspect your package was stolen after a successful delivery, please file a report with your local police department or contact the carrier directly.

6. Multiple Package Shipments

If you order several different items (for example, a heavy mug and a fleece hoodie), they may be produced in different departments within our Dallas facility. To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, we may ship them separately. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive a day or two apart at no additional shipping cost to you.

7. No International Import Duties

Because your order is manufactured and dispatched directly from Dallas, Texas to your US address, your order is a domestic shipment. You will never face any hidden customs fees, import duties, or international tax surcharges. Applicable state sales tax will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.
