Thank you for shopping at Cavisie.pl! We take pride in creating high-quality products inspired by the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed.
Because our store operates on a Print-on-Demand model, every item you purchase is custom-made, unique, and manufactured specifically for you immediately after your order is placed. Our products are printed and fulfilled locally in the USA (from our partner facilities in Dallas, Texas) as well as Europe.
Because of this personalized production process, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail stores. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. "All Sales Are Final" Policy
Because all items are custom-printed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selection.

Size Selection: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review these measurements carefully before placing an order. We cannot exchange a garment or issue a refund if you ordered the wrong size.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Once your order is submitted, it is automatically sent to the fulfillment queue at our production facility in Dallas. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after the checkout process is complete.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We want you to love your order! If there is a legitimate issue with your product caused by a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
We accept responsibility and will cover all costs for:

Physically damaged items (e.g., ripped fabric, broken mugs).

Clear printing defects (e.g., misaligned graphics, severely distorted colors).

Incorrect items (e.g., you received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered).
3. How to File a Claim (Step-by-Step)
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must submit a claim within five (5) business days of the delivery date.
To file a claim, please follow these steps:

Include your Order Number in the subject line (e.g., "Claim for Order #12345").

Provide a brief description of the issue.

Attach high-quality photos showing:

The full product.
-
A close-up of the specific defect or damage.

The shipping label attached to the original packaging (this contains crucial tracking data for our production partner, Snapwear).

Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will process your free replacement or refund immediately. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
4. Packages Lost in Transit
All shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. However, if your package is officially lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge.

A package is considered lost if the tracking information (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) has not updated for more than 15 business days for domestic US shipments.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen from your porch/mailbox. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
5. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because you provided an incomplete, incorrect, or invalid shipping address during checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to your correct address. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Do Not Return Items Without Authorization
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not mail any products back to our corporate address in Poland or directly to the Snapwear fulfillment center in Dallas without our explicit written permission. Unsolicited returns cannot be identified and will be discarded without a refund.
